By subscribing to and using Persona Profiler Pro you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Brendco Group LLC.
Persona Profiler Pro is an AI-powered psychographic sales intelligence platform. The system generates probabilistic personality and behavioral inferences based on publicly available text you provide. All analyses are for strategic sales preparation purposes only and do not constitute clinical assessments, psychological diagnoses, or official reports from any proprietary testing body including B.A.N.K.™ or Myers-Briggs™.
Persona Profiler Pro is offered on a recurring subscription basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@personaprofilerpro.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree to use Persona Profiler Pro only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to analyze minors, to harass or stalk individuals, to make employment or credit decisions, or for any purpose that violates applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of prospect data complies with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA where applicable. You may not share your account credentials with others. Team plan subscribers may share access up to the user limit of their plan.
Persona Profiler Pro, the Architectural Intelligence methodology, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Brendco Group LLC and Salvatore P. Incorvaia. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the system or its outputs without written permission. The analyses generated are for your personal business use only.
Persona Profiler Pro is provided as-is. All analyses are probabilistic inferences based on publicly available text and may not accurately reflect the personality, intentions, or behaviors of any individual. We make no guarantees regarding sales outcomes, close rates, or business results from use of the service. AI-generated analyses should be used as one input among many in your sales process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brendco Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Persona Profiler Pro. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of York County, South Carolina.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
