When you subscribe to Persona Profiler Pro, we collect your email address for account access and subscription management. We use Stripe to process payments — we do not store your credit card information. When you use the system, we temporarily process the prospect data you input to generate analyses. We store your Ideal Client Blueprint tied to your email address to enable session persistence.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address solely to verify your subscription and deliver the service. We use your Ideal Client Blueprint data solely to restore your profile between sessions. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information or your prospect analysis data to any third parties.

3. Prospect Data

The prospect information you input into Persona Profiler Pro is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate analyses. This data is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not permanently store prospect data beyond your active session. All analyses are generated from publicly available information you provide and are intended solely for your strategic sales preparation.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure key management. Your subscription data is managed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Your Ideal Client Blueprint is stored in an encrypted database.

5. Cookies

Persona Profiler Pro does not use tracking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@personaprofilerpro.com. Upon cancellation of your subscription your account data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
